Kinetic Chain Release in Falkirk

Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a planned series of joint mobilisations and stretches, designed to work on posture and how your joints move. I’m Stephen Thornton, a neuromuscular therapist with 14 years’ experience, based at Ochilview Therapies in Reddingmuirhead, Falkirk. The number of sessions varies from person to person.

What to expect: wear comfortable clothes. I test how you move, then work through the sequence of mobilisations and stretches, and show you what to do at home. A session lasts an hour and costs £55.
