Looking for physiotherapy in Falkirk?

I’m not a physiotherapist and I don’t use that title. I’m a neuromuscular therapist and licensed acupuncturist (Lic Acu) with 14 years’ experience, based at Ochilview Therapies in Reddingmuirhead, Falkirk. If you’re searching for physiotherapy because something hurts or feels tight, this page explains what I do and whether it might suit you.

What I can help with

Many people who look for physio are dealing with tight, sore muscles, back, neck and shoulder pain, sports niggles, or stiffness that won’t ease. I work on these with sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, dry needling, acupuncture and kinetic chain release.

What happens at a first visit

Every visit starts with a conversation, so we agree what’s right for you. A session lasts an hour and costs £55. A dry needling session is 45 minutes and costs £45.

When to see your GP or a physiotherapist first

Please speak to your GP, call NHS 24 on 111, or see a physiotherapist first if you have:

  • weakness in a limb, or loss of bladder or bowel control

  • severe pain after a fall or accident

  • surgery you’re recovering from, with a rehab plan to follow

I’m happy to work alongside your GP or physio.
